Ingredients
- 200 gr pre-cooked chickpeas
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
Procedure
Put the pepper in a tray in the oven at 200°C for 45′
In the meantime remove the chickpeas skins
When it’s ready, remove the pepper skin
Blend the pepper, chickpeas, salt, lemon juice all together and serve with toast bread.
