Tomato soup

Difficulty: easy


  • 10 tomatoes
  • 4 green chilis
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil
  • flour OO


Halve tomatoes in shallow baking dish, add garlic cloves and green chili’s.

Spread olive oil and cracked pepper over the top of tomatoes. Don’t add salt when roasting, makes tomato watery.

Cover with foil, bake 45 min 375f.

Puree until smooth with extra oo, salt to taste, serve.

You can add water when puree if to thick. Also can add a bit of cream and couple of sugar cubes for richness.
