- 3 cup plain flour
- 3 tablespoon butter
- Water as needed
- 1 can of tuna (drained)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- salt and pepper
Prepare the filling by mixing the tuna, the onion, coriander, pepper and salt together.
Prepare the dough by rubbing the flour with the butter then adding water little by little until you get a soft dough.
Roll the dough and divide it to squares.
Add some filling then fold it and press the edges with a fork to close it.
