Aubergine Parmigiana

Difficulty: easy



  • 4 little aubergines or 3 big ones
  • 2 mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan
  • tomato sauce
  • basil leaves
  • oil, salt, garlic cloves


Put 4 basil leaves and 2 garlic cloves in a glass with oil.

Cut the aubergines in slices and pour a pinch of salt over every layer of aubergine. Leave them rest for 10′.

Them grill them with the prepared oil.

In a tray, put a layer of tomato sauce, them a layer of aubergine, then a layer of tomato sauce.

Then mozzarella cubes and parmesan and little pieces of basil leaves.

Put in the oven at 180° for 20′
