Ingredients
- 10 leaves Chioggia long red radicchio
- 5 slices speck (smoked italian ham)
- Asiago cheese (slightly spicy) or Scamorza cheese (slighlty smoked)
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese

Procedure
Steam the red radicchio leaves for 5 minutes
Lay half slice of speck and a little piece of cheese in the middle

Roll over the leave and put in a try with olive oil and grate the parmisan on top
Put on the oven at 180° for 20′
