Filled red radicchio

Difficulty: easy



  • 10 leaves Chioggia long red radicchio
  • 5 slices speck (smoked italian ham)
  • Asiago cheese (slightly spicy) or Scamorza cheese (slighlty smoked)
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese


Steam the red radicchio leaves for 5 minutes

Lay half slice of speck and a little piece of cheese in the middle

Roll over the leave and put in a try with olive oil and grate the parmisan on top

Put on the oven at 180° for 20′
