- 4 bananas mashed
- 3 tablespoon milk powder
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 15 tablespoon self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients together (don’t add water).
Form to balls and deep fry.
Serve as a snack with tea.
