Veggies and fruits Smoothie

Ingredients

  • a quarter cup on the fruits (Mango, Strawberry, Banana)
  • half a cup for the Spinach,
  • Kale, Oats and orange juice;
  • a table spoon of flax seed and whole wheat
  • a teaspoon of ginger.

Not a traditional recipe but this is my ‘Everything but the kitchen sink’ smoothie.

It’s a whole meal for those who’s looking for a meal replacement.
