- half a cup for the Spinach,
- Kale, Oats and orange juice;
- a table spoon of flax seed and whole wheat
- a teaspoon of ginger.
Not a traditional recipe but this is my ‘Everything but the kitchen sink’ smoothie.
It’s a whole meal for those who’s looking for a meal replacement.
