- 4 big zucchini
- 80 gr mortadella ( Bologna cured meat)
- oil with 4 basil leaves and 2 cloves of garlic
Prepare the olive oil (half glass) with 4 basil leaves and 2 cloves of garlic
Cut for the long the zucchini, put them in a plate and pour a pinch of salt, and repeat in layers.
Leave them rest for 2′ then grill them.Use a pastry brush to pour the oil on them.
When they are ready, take a tray and put a layer of zucchini, then a layer of parmesan and a payer of mortadella, and repeat.
The last layer should be zucchini and parmesan
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20′.
